Hi, I’m Sarah — a UX/UI designer
based in Manchester.

I’m a UX/UI designer with over 15 years of experience designing digital products, primarily within SaaS. I enjoy simplifying complex systems and creating experiences that feel clear, intuitive, and easy to use for both users and internal teams.

Over the years I’ve worked with a range of clients and companies including Gnatta, PGA, Gazprom Energy, The Co-operative Partnership, and more recently Adserve Studio, where I lead UX/UI design. My work spans the full design process, from discovery and wireframing through to high-fidelity UI and close collaboration with developers during delivery.

I care deeply about both the details and the bigger picture, from interaction design, hierarchy, and consistency through to workflow optimisation, product direction, and scalable design systems.

A lot of my work focuses on reducing complexity. I enjoy understanding how things work, identifying friction, and designing solutions that make products feel more straightforward and effective.
